Our recruiters actively search for qualified candidates. Upon registration, you are added to our database and will receive a confirmation notification.

Candidate screening
After the intake meeting, we proactively search for qualified candidates, achieving this through targeted searches, self-initiated applications, and the use of external channels and methods.

Online interview
We get to know you further, assess whether your profile requirements match the available positions, and send a thank-you message, along with the next steps.

Recommendation
If your profile is suitable, your CV – including educational background and work experience – will be sent to the client for review.

Interview with the client
If the client is interested, we schedule an interview between you and the client.

Confirmation
Once approved by the client, the recruiter will request the necessary documents and confirm the terms and conditions.

Completion
Once completed, you will receive a final confirmation with details about salary, benefits, and accommodation.

Accommodation & Transportation
We arrange accommodation and transportation for you, ensuring a comfortable start in your new environment.

Onboarding support
Upon arrival, we guide you through your accommodation and workplace, and take care of all administrative matters and necessary documents, such as the National ID (BSN) and registration.

Monitoring
We stay in close contact with you and the client to monitor progress and organize periodic visits and evaluations, ensuring your continued success and satisfaction.
